Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant
to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal from the New Zealand Register of LABLAN PTY. LTD. on a date not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice, from which the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The Registrar may remove the company from the Register from that date in accordance with section 341(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
