Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business
in New Zealand
Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company gives notice that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
For the avoidance of doubt, Chemetall (New Zealand) Limited will continue to carry on business in New Zealand.
