Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Overseas Register

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of
the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act") of the intention to remove BEAULIEU OF AUSTRALIA PTY LTD from
the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321(1) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar by 14 September 2012, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
