Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, LIFE TECHNOLOGIES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, a company incorporated in Australia but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from 31 August 2012.
