Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business
in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given of background information:
(a) The company owns and operates a forest estate in Marlborough ("the forest estate").
(b) The company has entered into a sale and
purchase agreement for the sale of its forest
estate ("the sale agreement").
Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993,
the company gives notice that it intends to cease to carry
on business in New Zealand, following completion of the sale of its business under the sale agreement, at a date
no earlier than three months from the date of this notice.
