Notice is hereby given that GOODMAN FIELDER CONSUMER FOODS PTY LIMITED ("the company"), a company incorporated overseas, registered as an overseas company under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 and having its principal place of business in New Zealand
in Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in
New Zealand and that notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies (not earlier than three months after the date of this notice) stating the company’s intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the date specified in that notice.
