Notice of Order Prohibiting a Bankrupt Engaging in Business After Discharge
The following order was made in the Auckland High
Court on 1 October 2012, that, pursuant to section 299 of
the Insolvency Act 2006, Dorbu, John Evans Yawo,
of Auckland, was conditionally discharged from bankruptcy and is prohibited without leave and until further Order of
the Court from:
(a) entering into, carrying on or taking part in the management or control of any business or class of business;
(b) being a director of any company or trustee of any trading trust;
(c) being directly or indirectly concerned with, or
take part, in the management (including financial management) of any company;
(d) being employed by his relative;
(e) being employed by a company, trust, trustee or incorporated society that is managed or controlled by a relative; or
(f) entering into any loan contracts or provide guarantees without the consent from the court. This condition shall not affect his ability to obtain student loans from StudyLink for compulsory tuition fees and course related costs for his studies in a tertiary institution (AMES I.T. Academy Course for Certificate in Computer Technical and Client Support (PC9813, NZQA Level 5), commencing 1 October 2012).
These conditions are to remain in place until 4 June 2016, being six years from the date of the adjudication.
