Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Prohibiting a Bankrupt Engaging in Business After Discharge
The following order was made in the High Court at Napier on 28 May 2012, that, pursuant to section 299 of the Insolvency Act 2006, Rogan, John Patrick, formerly of 1015 Fitzroy Avenue, Mahora, Hastings, is prohibited after his discharge from doing the following things without leave of the Court:
(a) Entering into, carrying on, or taking part in the management or control of any business or class of business;
(b) being a director of any company;
(c) directly or indirectly being concerned, or taking part, in the management of any company;
(d) being employed by a relative; or
(e) being employed by a company, trust, trustee, or incorporated society that is managed or controlled by a relative
and that these conditions are to apply until 31 March 2018.
