1. On 12 October 2012, an application for putting PROJECT MANAGEMENT GROUP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2012-463-776. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on
10 December 2012 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
