This document notifies you that:
1. On 23 October 2012, an application for putting
KING’S UPU AMATA EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRE INCORPORATED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2012-441-678. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 13 December 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
