This document notifies you that:
1. On 5 October 2012, an application for putting VNL HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at New Plymouth. Its reference number
is CIV-2012-443-526. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at New Plymouth on 4 December 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Yarrows Fine Foods (Australia) Pty Limited (receivers appointed) (in its capacity as trustee of the Petersen Duncan Unit Trust), whose address
