This document notifies you that:
1. On 25 January 2012, an application for putting THE HOUSE COMPANY (WHANGAREI 2003) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. Its reference number is CIV-2012-488-33. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on Monday 27 February 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
