This document notifies you that:
1. On 14 August 2012, an application for putting EXCEPTIONAL EARLY CHILDCARE SERVICES LIMITED (formerly THE NURTURY LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2012-409-1762. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 16 October 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
