This document notifies you that:
1. On 10 July 2012, an application for putting ARTHUR DEVINE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Blenheim. Its reference number is CIV-2012-406-163. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Blenheim on Monday 15 October 2012 at 9.30am.
