1. On 21 August 2012, an application for putting LUAN FISHERIES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2012-485-1755. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Monday 8 October 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
