1. On 15 May 2012, an application for putting NAPIER CITY MARINE LIMITED into liquidation was filed
in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2012-441-279. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at Napier on Thursday 28 June 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
