1. On 28 February 2012, an application for putting SERIOUS FUN ‘N’ MIND CHARITABLE TRUST into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2012-463-130. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Monday 21 May 2012 at 10.45am.
