This document notifies you that:
1. On 27 February 2012, an application for putting THE FLAMEKEEPER COMPANY LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
Its reference number is CIV-2012-404-967. The application is to be heard by the High Court at
Auckland on Tuesday 17 April 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Barbara Joan Gauld, whose address for service is at the offices of Simpson Dowsett Mackie, 1280 Dominion Road, Mount Roskill, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Neil Dowsett, whose address is
