This document notifies you that:
1. On 13 February 2012, an application for putting FOODELICIOUS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2012-404-671. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 30 March 2012 at 10.00am.
