This document notifies you that:
1. On 27 February 2012, an application for putting COASTAL PROPERTIES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2012-404-984. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 17 April 2012 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Dewatering Specialists Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Heimsath Alexander, Level 1, Shed 22, Prince’s Wharf, 147 Quay Street (PO Box 105884), Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is A. E. Hansen, whose address is as noted above.
