This document notifies you that:
1. On 9 February 2012, an application for putting WALTERS ENTERPRISES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. Its reference number is CIV-2012-488-80. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on 26 March 2012 at 10.00am.
