Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, full recognition for the Fire and Rescue Services Industry Training Organisation Incorporated (EMQUAL) has been granted for a period of five years, with effect from the publication of this Gazette notice, to set standards at Levels 1-8 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework for the civil defence industry.
