Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, full recognition is given to the New Zealand Industry Training Organisation Incorporated for a period of five years with effect from 3 November 2012 to set standards at Levels 1-8 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework for the dairy manufacturing industry, the meat processing industry (excluding poultry), the leather manufacturing industry, the animal products inspection industry, the baking yeasts manufacturing industry, fellmongery, and the seafood industry.
