Pursuant to section 161(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, notification is hereby given of the making of Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Dimensions and Mass Amendment 2012 (Rule 41001/7).
This amendment Rule, which was consulted on in Land Transport Rule: Omnibus Amendment 2012, makes minor changes to Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Dimensions and Mass 2002.
The amendment Rule comes into force on 1 December 2012.
It is available for inspection free of charge at the National Office of the NZ Transport Agency, Victoria Arcade,
50 Victoria Street, Wellington, and at the NZ Transport Agency’s regional offices.
