Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 ("HSNO Act"), Gough Power Systems gives notice that it intends to apply for approval
of the code of practice HSNOCOP 60 Stationary Container Systems Connected to a Generator Set.
The purpose of this code of practice is to provide a means of compliance, with the requirements of clause 8(2) of the Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice 2004 (as amended), for the stationary containers which are imported with a generator set package.
