Pursuant to section 4(4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Woodhill-Riverhead Rural Fire District Abolition Notice 2012.
(2) This notice will come into force on 1 October 2012.
2. Abolition of Woodhill-Riverhead Rural Fire District-The Woodhill-Riverhead Rural Fire District is hereby abolished.
3. Revocation of Rural Fire District Notice-The Woodhill-Riverhead Rural Fire District Notice 1993* is hereby revoked.
