Pursuant to section 48 of the Road User Charges Act 2012 ("the Act"), the Acting Manager, Road User Charges (RUC), acting under the delegated authority of the RUC collector, hereby notifies the approval of the
Datatrac Pro NZ
as a hubodometer for the purposes of the Act.
The approval came into effect on 10 August 2012.
