Pursuant to Part 2 of Schedule 2 of the Road User Charges Act 2012, where the Road User Charges Act 2012 requires a person to give a notice to the RUC collector, the notice must be in writing and sent to an address designated by the RUC collector.
The National Manager Delivery, acting under the delegated authority of the RUC collector, designates the following office of the NZ Transport Agency for the service of notices under the Road User Charges Act 2012:
NZ Transport Agency, RUC Administration, corner of Ashley and Fergusson Streets, Private Bag 11777, Palmerston North 4442.
