1. Pursuant to section 38(3)(b) of the Electricity Industry Act 2010, the Electricity Authority ("Authority") gives notice of the making of the Electricity Industry Participation (Additional Registry Fields) Code Amendment 2012.
2. The amendment comes into force on 6 June 2013.
3. The amendment amends Part 11 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 ("Code") by:
(a) requiring certain participants to provide additional ICP information to the registry; and
(b) consequentially revoking clauses 26 and 27 of Schedule 6.1, and clause 18 of Schedule 11.1.
