Pursuant to section 58(2) of the Telecommunications
Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Commerce Commission ("Commission") gives public notice that it has amended
the standard terms determinations for the designated services Chorus’s unbundled bitstream access (Commerce Commission Decision 611, 7 November 2007) and
Chorus’s unbundled bitstream access backhaul (Commerce Commission Decision 617, 27 June 2008) under section 58(1) of the Act.
The UBA and UBA Backhaul Standard Terms Determination Clarification 2012 (2012 NZCC 12) aligns the biannual review dates with the annual review dates used in other Commission determinations, updates the labour index, and makes other minor corrections to the determinations.
