Pursuant to sections 4(1) and 8(1) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the Marlborough-Kaikoura Rural Fire District Constitution and Administration Notice 2012, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 December
2011, No. 200, page 5742, is amended under section 4(1) by replacing in clause 4 the mention of
"Wairau"
with
"Marlborough-Kaikoura".
