Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Daran Nair, hereby give notice that on 16 February
2012, I was appointed as receiver and manager of the assets and undertaking of the above-named company pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 27th day of June 2007.
