Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, John Marshall Scutter, give notice that on 12 February 2012, I was appointed receiver and manager of all
present and after-acquired personal property to the sum of $460,000.00 of the above-named company, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 19th day of September 2008, and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 22 September 2008.
