Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of income of the land contained
within certificates of title WN55/60 and WN17D/1046, commonly known as 304-318 Broadway, Marton 4710, under the terms of mortgages dated the 27th day of June 2007 and the 12th day of July 2007.
