Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 12 December 2012, Boris van Delden
and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of FILL - PAK NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of November 2007, which property consists of all freehold and leasehold land, fixed plant
and machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital, and goodwill and all other assets.
