Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receiver
and Manager
Pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 30 November 2012, Aaron Douglas Walsh, chartered accountant of WHK Auckland, was appointed to be a joint and several receiver and manager of all of the property, assets and undertaking of the company.
The appointment of Aaron Douglas Walsh is in addition to the existing and continuing appointment of Mark Stuart Anthony Davies, chartered accountant of WHK Nelson, and is in place of the appointment of Vivian Judith Fatupaito, who vacated office as receiver and manager of the company on 27 November 2012.
