Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Steven John Sherman, Jim Sarantinos and John Ross Lindholm were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named companies on 30 November 2012, pursuant to the provisions of general security deeds dated the 31st day of October 2007 and the 5th day of February 2008 respectively.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ present and after-acquired personal property, the undertaking of the companies and all of the companies’ property and assets.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Ferrier Hodgson, Level 13, Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street (GPO Box 4114), Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia.
