Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
24 February 2010, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property of LAMBORGHINI (N.Z.) LIMITED (in receivership) under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 17th day of September 2007.
That appointment ceased with effect from 20 December 2011, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the director.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
