Notice of Termination of Receivership
Gareth Russel Hoole and Jon Dennis Roberston were, on
19 March 2010, appointed jointly and severally to be receivers of property of BASE ROCK PROPERTIES LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained within a memorandum of mortgage over the property dated the 2nd day of November 2007.
That appointment ceased with effect from 2.00pm on
22 November 2012, the receivers having realised the property in respect of which they had been appointed.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
