Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

I advise that on 8 November 2012, Dennis John Wood and Graeme Frederick Tapp, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the following property of the OWARE TRUST ("the debtor") under the powers contained in a specific security agreement dated
the 30th day of May 2006:
- All of the debtor’s present and after-acquired livestock
(as defined in the specific security agreement); and
- All present and after-acquired property of the OWARE TRUST, including all present and future rights and interests in any asset of the OWARE TRUST.
