Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

I advise that on 6 November 2012, Dennis John Wood and Graeme Frederick Tapp, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the following property of the P D & G M MAXWELL PARTNERSHIP ("the debtor") under the powers contained in a specific security agreement dated the 4th day of February 2005:
- All of the debtor's present and after-acquired livestock as defined in the specific security agreement, including but not limited to all dairy products derived from livestock and all proceeds of livestock;
- All of the debtor's present and future right, title and interest in and to any money or negotiable instruments that may arise, from any issuer's right to purchase
back any investment securities (as defined in the specific security agreement, including investment securities issued by any co-operative dairy company as a result of the amount of milk or milk solids increasing, and securities issued in lieu of rebates under section 31 of the
Co-operative Companies Act 1996) from the debtor; and
- All of the debtor's present and future accounts receivable arising from collateral (as defined in the specific security agreement), and all of the debtor's present and future rights in relation to any accounts receivable.
