Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 12 November 2012, Asset Finance Limited, being the holder of a general security agreement dated the 10th day of December 2007, appointed John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of the above-named company.
