Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several receivers and managers over all the assets and undertaking of DESERT HEART WINE COMPANY LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) ("the company") by Paradise Vineyard Limited ("the appointer") on 5 July 2012 ("the date of the receivership") under the provisions of a general security agreement dated the 27th day of May 2011.
That appointment ceased with effect from 8 November 2012, the receivers and managers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the liquidators.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
