John Howard Ross Fisk and David John Bridgman, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers and managers of the entities on 6 November 2012 by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 137G(1) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008.
