Notice of Termination of Receivership
Gareth Russel Hoole and Andrew David Turner were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all
the assets and undertaking of THE TRADITIONAL BAGELS BAKERY LIMITED (trading as Wofem Bagels) (in receivership) ("the company") on 3 March 2010
("the date of the receivership") under the powers contained within a loan and security agreement dated the 14th day of September 2005.
That appointment ceased with effect from 6 November 2012, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the director.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
