Notice of Termination of Receivership
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, of Level 11, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, were, on
14 September 2011, appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the property contained in certificate of title GS112/53 (Gisborne Land Registry) under two term loan agreements dated the 24th day of January 2006 and a further term loan agreement dated the 1st day of August 2007.
That appointment ceased with effect from 5.00pm on
2 November 2012, the receivers having realised all economically viable assets and returning control of the company to the partners.
This notice is given under section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993.
