Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 29 October 2012, Keith Mawdsley, chartered accountant, and Kevyn Botes, chartered secretary, both of Auckland, were appointed joint receivers of MARATHON IMAGING LIMITED, under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 21st day of September 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and
after-acquired personal property of the company.
