Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby gives notice that, on 29 October 2012 Kiwi Beverage International Limited appointed him receiver and manager of the property of TOWN & COUNTRY HIRE LIMITED under the powers contained in a security agreement dated
the 19th day of January 2012, which was assigned from Kiwi Asset Finance Limited to Kiwi Beverage International Limited on 17 September 2012.
The Property in Receivership is: In respect of all its real and personal property and all of its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
