Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 2 February 2012, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Laurence George Chilcott were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers under the powers of a general security agreement dated the 30th day of June 2005.
They were appointed receivers and managers of all rights, title, estate and interest of the company in relation to the company’s properties as contained in certificates of title NZ131D/76 and NZ131D/715, including fixtures and personal property in or concerning the dwellings erected on the lands and pursuant to resource consents and subdivision plans relating to the said lands ("the assets") and with all and every of the powers conferred upon receivers under the provisions of the said agreement.
