Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 18 October 2012, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Mark Stuart Anthony Davies, chartered accountant of Nelson, were appointed to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all property, assets and undertaking of the company.
